Title: Applying to C-L Psychiatry Fellowships in 2023: A Virtual Q&A
Time/Date: 3:00-4:30pm PDT / 6:00-7:30pm EDT
Platform: Zoom
Together with the American Psychiatric Association (APA), ACLP is presenting its annual webinar for trainees considering a C-L Psychiatry fellowship application, Applying to C-L Psychiatry Fellowships in 2023: A Virtual Q&A.
Fellowship director panelists and moderator Chandan Khandai, MD, will:
- Present an overview of why trainees might choose C-L Psychiatry—including opportunities to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) clinically and academically.
- Discuss how and when to apply.
- Offer tips for applying and matching in the 2023-2024 cycle.
As some programs will begin utilizing ERAS this cycle, the webinar will also include a presentation from AAMC representatives.
“Whether you’re just beginning to explore C-L, or applying this summer,” says Dr. Khandai, “we look forward to answering your questions on how to join the best subspecialty there is!”
Co-sponsors of this event are the Academy’s Mentorship and DEI Subcommittees, and the APA Council on C-L Psychiatry. It is part of an ongoing ACLP Mentorship Workshop Series.
