The maintenance of certification (MOC) program developed by the ABPN includes 4 components, one of which calls for demonstrating improvement in medical practice (performance in practice).  One option is to complete a clinical module to satisfy this requirement, and we have developed a tool to be used for this purpose which has been approved by the ABPN for use by the membership of the ACLP. The tool is available on our website.
