Looking for your first job or next job in C-L Psychiatry? Don’t know where or how to look? Look no further! The ACLP DEI, Mentorship, and Business of C-L Psychiatry Subcommittees, along with the APA Council on C-L Psychiatry, are hosting a fourth annual Q&A via Zoom.
Sunday, October 20, 5-6:30 PM EST; 4-5:30 PM CST; 2-3:30 PM PST
Moderator is: Dr. Chandan Khandai, UT Southwestern. Panelists include:
- David Fipps, Mayo Clinic, Alix School of Medicine
- Sheryl Fleisch, Included Health and University of Florida College of Medicine
- Mira Zein, Stanford University School of Medicine and San Mateo Medical Center
- Anique Forrester, University of Maryland School of Medicine
- Stephanie Cho, University of Southern California/Los Angeles General Medical Center
- Shruti Mutalik, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
They will answer live and pre-sent questions, such as why you should work in C-L Psychiatry; how to find C-L jobs; deciding inpatient vs outpatient, academic vs community; when and how to move positions; and how to network at academic conferences like CLP 2024.
