ACLP’s trainee mentorship program was launched by the Resident Education Subcommittee to create a vehicle of guidance and support for psychiatry trainees (residents and fellows) interested in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. We believe future generations of C-L psychiatry leaders will benefit and advance through mentoring relationships with present-day experts, who will provide insights on what the practice is like on a day-to-day basis and address career issues and options.
