This is a new fellowship at the University of South Florida recruiting for July 2023. Fellows will rotate at Tampa General Hospital, a level 1 trauma center, and the James A Haley VA, a regional center of excellence for mental health. Rotations will include exposure to a wide range of populations, including veterans, peri- and post-partum, pediatric, general medical-surgical, trauma, neurological, cardiac, oncologic, orthopedic, burn, addictions, transplant and palliative care patients. Fellows will also receive training in the delivery of ECT with an opportunity to become certified in this somatic therapy. Instructional activities will include assigned readings, didactics, journal clubs, department Grand Rounds, as well as quality improvement and critical incident conferences. Fellows will additionally have one-on-one supervision for complex cases in addition to group supervision. For more information, please email the program director.
