CLP 2020 Update

We are looking forward to sharing a fantastic meeting with you in November. Our key CLP 2020 dates are November 12 and 13 – please save these in your schedules.
The annual meeting committee is determined to hold a very special meeting this year. We know how important our annual meeting is to C-L psychiatrists. It is a time for learning, for sharing and for being together. This year has brought unprecedented challenges for all of us and our annual meeting is, therefore, even more important than ever.
We do not know if we will be able to hold CLP 2020 in Phoenix as planned. A recent surge of COVID-19 cases in Arizona is necessitating new restrictions there and, while the venue currently remains open, its ability to safely host our meeting is now unclear. If we cannot meet in Phoenix, we will meet virtually on November 12 and 13.
We will not open registration for CLP 2020, nor share the hotel reservations link, until we have a final decision on whether we can go ahead with an in-person meeting. We also strongly recommend that you do not book travel to Phoenix and do not reserve accommodations at the conference hotel, or any other Phoenix facility.
We appreciate your patience, especially the patience of those who have submitted abstracts for the meeting, and your support as we plan CLP 2020 in these unprecedented times. We will keep you informed of our plans as they develop over the coming weeks.
