The Academy is currently accepting nominations for candidates to serve on the board of directors. The elections are scheduled for the members’ annual business meeting in November in San Diego, California.
All candidates for board positions must be Academy Fellows in good standing. Nominations will only be accepted via our online application process and must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, April 30. The deadline will not be extended and nominations submitted by other means will not be accepted.
Individuals may nominate themselves or others. To nominate someone else, please confirm in advance that s/he is a current Fellow in good standing. Candidates not meeting this eligibility requirement, including applicants for fellowship status, will not be considered. There are three, 3-year board of director positions becoming available in November. Two incumbents are eligible for re-nomination to continue service.
